WHO ARE WE TRYING TO REACH?At Restoration Christian Fellowship our growth strategy is not based on targeting people who are already members of a local assembly, our target is the un-saved and un-churched people of our community.
Un-saved: The un-saved are those individuals without Christ in their life.
Un-Churched: The un-churched are those people that know Jesus as Lord, but are without a local place of fellowship.
Our strategy for growth is based on growing our church from the ousted in. Therefore the focus for ministry involves us working with what we refer to as the five circles of commitment.
