We are rebuilding our community, one brick at a time, through our outreach programs which are restoring and meeting the complete needs of individuals & families through collaboration with networks of community based, prevention focused, family resource and support programs.

Through our network we are providing help with education, vocational rehabilitation, healthcare, mental health, job readiness, recreational activities, child and family development, child care, child abuse and neglect prevention, juvenile justice, domestic violence prevention and intervention, housing, and other human service requirements – and are helping people become self-sufficient.

We are also reaching people with the love of Christ!We hit the streets on a regular basis and go to the people.Whether someone needs encouragement, help with some housework or yard work, has a loved one in the hospital, or has a death in the family and needs us to help with meal preparation – we are actively finding ways to help our community!

You’ll often see outreach activities happening as well.From our yearly Praise in the Park, where we provide food, clothing, and household items to those in need – while we enjoy a picnic and concert in the park – to food giveaways at Thanksgiving and toy giveaways at Christmas…you’ll find us actively addressing the needs of others.
